Biography:
After his time at school discreet, Harrison signed a contract with Columbia Pictures and later with Universal for which appears in several roles and of little relevance in movies equally unimportant (except for American Graffiti). This circumstance led him to become a carpenter. Just working as such, Harrison Ford comes to the opportunity of his career, as she arranged the offices in which George Lucas and Fred Russe (friend of Harrison) were doing the casting for Star Wars.

Lucas had selected 5 candidates for each role, but only had 4 for Han Solo. He lacked one. At that time, Ford stuck his head and his life turned around 180 degrees. In the following years participating in some of the most prestigious film history, including the now legendary Indiana Jones role in Raiders of the Lost Ark and Deckard in Blade Runner. In 1985, he received his first Oscar for Witness.

In recent years, Ford has replaced the whip and the Indiana Jones hat, by the board of the FBI agent Jack Ryan in the series of films being made about the character, alternating these films with the occasional melodrama as A Purpose Henry and Sabrina.
