Biography:

His father David was an American military engineer and his mother Marlene is German. They have three other children. He attended the Actors Studio.

It is first known by the television series moonlighting. Then in 1988, he became a Hollywood movie star with Die Hard. The first, Die Hard has a worldwide success as the other three films in the franchise.

After a slump following the commercial failure of his previous films, he found success with Pulp Fiction by Quentin Tarantino. His last films as The Sixth Sense or Unbreakable, or Hostage and Sin City, show another aspect of his game: he looks more psychological roles.

Bruce Willis has also recorded two albums. The Return of Bruno (1987) and If It Do not kill you. It Just Makes You Stronger (1989).

Bruce Willis was promoted to Officer of Arts and Letters by France in 2005.

Bruce Willis was married from 1987 to 2000, U.S. actress Demi Moore, which union were born three daughters named Rumer Glenn (1988), Scout LaRue (1991) and Tallulah Belle (1994).
